Twelve tabs deep?
Save the good bits.

Researching something stressful — a limping dog, a layoff, a leak under the sink — scatters the useful bits across a dozen tabs. Search Continue keeps them in one calm place, so you can pick up where you left off.

Private by design

No account. No server. No tracking.

Everything you save lives in your browser’s local storage. The extension makes zero network requests — the “0” up there is its total. “Email to myself” opens your own mail app; you decide whether to send. Full details in the privacy policy.

contextMenus

Adds the single right-click item, “Save to Search Continue.”

activeTab

Reads the current tab’s title and URL — only when you click “Save this page.”

storage

Keeps your list on your device. Nothing is transmitted anywhere.

Questions, answered

Where is my data stored?

On your device, in your browser's local extension storage (chrome.storage.local). The extension makes no network requests at all — nothing is transmitted to us or anyone else.

How do I delete what I've saved?

Every saved item has a remove button in the popup. To erase everything at once, uninstall the extension — Chrome deletes its local storage with it.

Why does it need these permissions?

contextMenus adds the single right-click item "Save to Search Continue." activeTab reads the current tab's title and URL only when you click "Save this page." storage keeps your list on your device. It never reads your browsing history and never touches pages you don't explicitly save.

Does it sync between devices?

No — your list is local-only by design. There is no account and no cloud. If you want your list somewhere else, "Email to myself" opens your own mail app with the whole list ready to send.

Is it free?

Yes. Free, no account, no upsell. It's a companion to the search→continue journey guides.
